Prot Warrior Raid Consumables

The Phase 2 Pre-BiS List is work-in-progress. If bosses in Gnomeregan don’t hit hard, it’s better to maximize DPS for more threat. If they hit hard, you might need more defensive stats than the BiS list currently has. In that case, swap “of the Tiger” for “of the Bear“.
